Here at Gwithians Sands we are centrally situated and are only a short drive from many sites and attractions. (2 mins to the beach).

St. Ives is a 10 minute drive. With its cobbled streets, shops, art galleries, restaurants and beach. Great for boat trips and for that special painting its a mecca for artists.

St. Michaels Mount is a 15 minute drive. Check the tides when visiting and you can walk out on the causeway and boat back on the high tide. The terraced gardens around the island are magnificent and with the option of walking around the castle it makes a good day out. Pastys eaten with the views of Marazion are excellent.

Other attractions include Lands End, The Eden Project, Theme parks, Fishing villages (Mousehole is beautiful), Maritime Museum, Seal Sanctauary at Gweek and the Gold Center (Treasure Park) where you can pan for gold or sieve the sand for coloured gems.
